Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and ensure all original tags are still attached to the product.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
